Secluded Beachfront ownership

Nestled along Bahia San Francisco, Condominios Pilar is a beautiful condominium community built along one of the areas finest and secluded beaches. Situated near Guaymas, Sonora, Mexico, Condominios Pilar is an oasis where the Sonoran desert meets the Sea of Cortez. Our 100 units are owned by full time, and part-time owners. Our magnificent beach is adjacent to a protected estuary, which is home to an abundance of wildlife.  And almost each morning or evening you can encounter a pod of bottlenose dolphins swimming in our bay to keep you company. 

Fractional Condo Ownership is a way that individuals can purchase a condo jointly with other people. When you engage in this activity, you will own a fraction of the condo and will use it for a specific amount of time every year or in the case of PILAR an entire month. This is similar to a time share arrangement, except that it is with higher-end desirable properties.
